After reading a few articles titled “22 Reasons Not to Buy an iPhone,” I decided to list the reasons to buy an iPhone. However, I should point out that I haven’t used Samsung Galaxy and Ericsson Arc devices yet. I use all the Blackberry devices we give to our company employees, and I also handle their technical maintenance, so I’m very familiar with them.
- A near-perfect technical design. Small enough to fit in your hand, yet large enough to comfortably see the screen. They’ve found the perfect balance.
- The touchscreen provides the best tactile and clicking sensation I’ve ever used.
- The internet experience is excellent, except for Flash support (which isn’t provided due to long battery life and security reasons).
- It has no problems accessing wireless networks.
- Can be used as an iPhone internet router. This means you can share your internet connection with any device you want, wirelessly.
- Because applications are regulated by Apple, you don’t risk software or hardware damage to your iPhone.
- You can find any app you want in the Apple Store, some are very cheap, while others are free.
- It provides integrated services for applications like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
- When you plug your iPhone into a computer, iTunes backs up the phone first.
- Almost all mail servers are supported. The Exchange mail experience is excellent.
- VPN (Virtual Private Network) support is provided to access in-house applications.
- Excellent audio experience. No need to buy another MP3 player.
- It takes good photos and is easily usable for everyday tasks. I don’t need to carry a camera in my bag.
- You can easily open and read popular files like PDF, Word, and Excel.
- The GPS (Global Positioning System) works well. A-GPS (Assisted GPS) also uses the base station to pinpoint your location more precisely.
- You don’t have to remove the battery or turn off the phone to remove the SIM card. While there’s a misconception that the battery doesn’t change, it does change the front and back covers.
- You can buy accessories like chargers at very affordable prices.
- There’s an accelerometer for running apps like Compass. You’ll experience a whole new gaming experience with the device.
- It supports many languages by default, including Turkish, of course.
- And finally, it attracts many buyers when you want to sell it, and it’s also stylish to carry around.
