Turkcell VINN modem settings on MAC OS X

I'm using a Turkcell VINN E176G modem, and when I try to run the software inside it, it tells me to update JAVA. In this article, I'll explain how to connect to the internet without updating or using Turkcell's software. First, connect your modem to your computer. Then follow the steps below.

1. Click the Apple menu and click "System Preferences".

1. In the "Telephone Number" field, type \*99# and click the "Apply**" button.

1. Press the "Connect" button. When "Connected" appears in the "Status" field, the connection is established.

1. In the same window, click the "Advanced" button.
2. In the window that opens, click the "DNS" tab.

1. You'll see the + button below. Click it, and enter the DNS IP address in the window that opens. You can enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as Google DNS addresses.
