If the letters ‘u’ and ‘o’ are being typed even though you are not pressing those keys on the keyboard, try the following:

Press the following keys simultaneously on the keyboard:

ALT

SHIFT (right side)

DEL

By pressing these keys, you can make the device perform a soft reset.
