TEB's broken ATM

The ATM machine (at the entrance to the Hürriyet newspaper cafeteria), which had been out of order for about 10 days, caught my attention every day I passed by. Cengiz noticed it too, and when he called TEB to report the problem, I noticed it too. We discussed how long it had been out of order.

Two days later, Cengiz received a text message from TEB, thanking him for reporting the problem and stating that it had been fixed.

However, the problem persists. The photos are proof. Yesterday, I filled out a form at http://teb.com.tr/Teb/musteri_sikayet.aspx stating that the device has been out of order for a long time. I’ll see if they get back to me and how long the device, which has been out of order for 15 days, will remain out of order.
